他的言下之意可以延伸为：
中国有六到七亿移动用户，证明这个市场是充分开放的
中国有13亿人口， 由此可知这些人的XXX是最开放的
中国有960万平方公里土地， 证明中国土地的使用是最开放的
中国每年印刷XXXXXX亿人民币， 说明了人民币是最值钱的货币
中国每天消耗1000万吨食物， 说明中国的食品是最安全的
四川地震死亡人数超过７万，证明了四川是中国经济最发达的省份
三鹿的奶粉产量达到10万吨， 所以三鹿奶粉是最有益健康的
如果开始觉得荒诞， 看看这句：”中国有5000年的历史，证明了中国人是世界上最勤劳勇敢的,
很耳熟是吧， 从小学就这样教的。
这证明了， 我和外交部的秦刚上的是同一所小学
